As your health coach, I don’t give you medical advice–that’s the job of your doctor, dietitian, or physical therapist. Instead, I support you as you make the changes recommended by your healthcare providers, such as losing weight, eating better, being more active, or reducing stress.
Working together, we design your wellness vision: What is important to you? What do you want to achieve?
Then, we determine the plans, goals, and actions you can take to make your wellness vision a reality.
Let’s face it: When it comes to improving our health, most of us know exactly what we should do. The hard part is doing it.
Health coaching helps you hold yourself accountable for things like eating better and exercising more effectively. But, more importantly, it guides you to identify and access the internal motivation that drives success.
